Job summary

Colliers UK in London seeks a Newly Chartered (MRICS) Project Manager to join its Project & Building Consultancy team. You will work with senior colleagues to deliver a portfolio spanning commercial offices, mixed-use developments, life sciences and occupier-led programmes.

You will manage projects through all lifecycle stages, support governance and reporting, coordinate teams, manage budgets and client communications, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in consultancy, property, construction or PM environments.
• MRICS qualification achieved or within 24 months is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Support governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and key deliverables and prepare client reports.
