Job summary

Colliers in London is seeking a Newly Chartered MRICS Project Manager to join our London office. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse, high-profile portfolio across sectors including commercial offices, industrial/logistics, retail, and life sciences.

Working with experienced directors and senior managers, you will deliver from inception to completion, advising clients and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within 12/24 months).
• Experience in consultancy, property, construction or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Proactive and collaborative with a desire to learn and develop.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Support governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assist with contract administration and change management processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
