Colliers UK is seeking a Chartered Cost Manager to join our team supporting a major corporate occupier account based in Central London. The role covers workplace, refurbishment, fit-out and capital projects, with responsibility for strategic cost management and governance across the programme.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders and project teams to drive cost certainty, value optimisation and robust financial reporting on a high-profile account, with significant stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven consultancy experience in real estate, construction or property sectors.
• Excellent understanding of cost planning, procurement and contract administration.
• Experience delivering corporate occupier, commercial office, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost management across a portfolio of workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and capital projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost plans and forecasts.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to client stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare feasibility estimates, benchmarking studies and procurement strategies.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor evaluations and appointment recommendations.
• Review valuations, variations, change controls and final accounts.
• Produce monthly cost reports and programme-wide financial updates.
