Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Newly Chartered (MRICS) Project Manager for our London office. You will deliver complex projects across offices, industrial, retail, life sciences and mixed-use developments, working with directors and senior PMs.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating teams and ensuring governance, budgets and timelines are met. A proactive, commercially aware approach and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification, recently achieved or within 24 months.
• Experience in consultancy, property, construction or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across all stages from inception to completion.
• Support governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assist with contract administration and change management processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
