Job summary

One to One Personnel Limited is seeking a driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our expanding automotive dealership network across Farnborough, Reading, Croydon and Heathrow. You will drive new vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships and manage opportunities from enquiry to delivery, while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have proven automotive or commercial vehicle sales experience, solid negotiation skills, and a focus on delivering first-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably within the LCV sector.
• Strong relationship-building & communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers and provide information about new vehicle inventory.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand preferences and budget.
• Stay updated on models, features, pricing and options.
• Guide customers from inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, trade-ins and terms.
• Assist with paperwork related to purchases and financing.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and grow customer base in the region.
• Develop regional customer base through research and outreach.
