Job summary

One to One Personnel Limited is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its established commercial vehicle business. The role covers Farnborough, Reading, Croydon and Heathrow, with a focus on developing new customer relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will drive new vehicle sales, guide customers from inquiry to delivery, negotiate terms and manage paperwork while aiming to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within the LCV sector.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers and provide information about new vehicle inventory.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand preferences and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing and options.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, trade-ins and terms.
• Assist with paperwork related to purchases, financing and trade-ins.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop new customer opportunities within the region.
