Home Bargains in Guernsey is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to support the launch and ongoing operations of a new store. You will work with the Store Management Team to deliver excellent customer service, coach staff, and maintain store standards.

The role offers a part-time contract with hours that may vary, including weekends. Opportunity to develop leadership skills and progress into broader store management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and staff scheduling to cover shifts.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver great customer service.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, safety and compliance.
• Oversee weekend/evening shifts and provide management cover as needed.
• Support store management in achieving targets and store performance.
