Matalan Guernsey is seeking a capable Supervisor to join our team in Guernsey. You will take on key holder responsibilities, help drive store performance, and ensure excellent customer service across sales floors and stock areas.

You will lead a team of Sales Assistants, maintain product knowledge, and support opening/closing procedures while upholding brand standards and store presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Alongside all the responsibilities of a Sales Assistant, you would be a key holder, responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
• Cashing up the tills at the end/start of shifts.
• Manage the team of Sales Assistants & Senior Sales Assistants.
• Be a champion of the products we sell and maintain a current knowledge of our products.
• Responsible for the general presentation of the store and back of house areas.
• Ensure the correct check off our deliveries alongside our procedures and ensure the deliveries are stored correctly.
• Ensure full stock availability.
• Monitoring of emails and messages and ensuring timely responses.
