Job summary

Novoexec in Yeovil is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer / NPI Manager to own the end-to-end introduction of new products from concept through to production release. You will coordinate engineering, quality, production and supply chain to ensure a successful launch and readiness for manufacture.

The role offers clear career progression within a growing manufacturing group, with exposure to challenging, technically interesting products and a path into senior NPI or broader operational leadership.

The Opportunity

Working across a technically demanding manufacturing environment, you will take ownership of new product introduction activities, coordinating cross functional teams to ensure successful product launch and production readiness.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, production, supply chain and commercial teams, driving projects through structured NPI processes while balancing customer expectations, quality requirements, manufacturing capability and commercial objectives.
