Maki & Ramen in Glasgow is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to launch and run our new site. You will lead a large team, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive commercial results in a fast-paced, event-driven venue.

You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold health and safety standards, coordinate with arena stakeholders, and deliver strong revenue performance with upselling and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant management experience is required.
• Hospitality and customer service experience required.
• 1 year of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations in a high-traffic, event-driven venue.
• Lead, develop and inspire a large team and uphold hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue, optimize costs, and manage labour and wastage with full P&L accountability.
