Alan de Maid is seeking an experienced Estate Agency New Homes Manager to drive new homes instructions, pricing strategies and sales performance across the South East London region. You will bridge developers with our branches, building strong B2B relationships and shaping the group’s new homes strategy.

With a proven estate agency background, you’ll lead autonomously, manage partnerships and develop plans that maximise revenue while working Monday-Friday in a field-based, senior leadership

Qualifications

• Estate agency background with strong listing, valuation, or branch leadership experience.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in developing new homes strategy or B2B partnerships is desirable.
