Job summary

Barnard Marcus is seeking an Estate Agency New Homes Manager to bridge developers and our branches, driving new homes instructions, pricing strategies and sales performance across Putney and surrounding areas.

Using your estate agency background, you’ll build strong B2B relationships, shape new homes strategy, and maximise revenue for Barnard Marcus while enjoying a Monday–Friday pattern and clear progression into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Estate agency background with solid listing and valuation experience.
• Experience leading a branch or team within estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new homes instructions, pricing strategies and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities, advise on market positioning and build B2B relationships with developers.
• Act as key link between developers and branches to maximise revenue for Barnard Marcus.
