Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to join our housing development team. You will manage day-to-day sales activities from enquiry to reservation, supporting buyers through the process and helping achieve ambitious sales targets.

Based on-site at our development, you will build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
• Proactive, team player with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and support the development's performance.
• Guide customers from enquiry to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors and mortgage advisors to progress sales.
• Provide post-completion support and deal with queries.
• Maintain sales office presentation and CRM records.
• Show customers around the development and available homes.
