Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join its residential development team. You will manage day-to-day sales activity, deliver excellent customer service, and guide buyers from enquiry through to exchange and completion.

You will liaise with customers, solicitors and mortgage advisers, maintain CRM records, and work with the Sales Manager to maximise opportunities. The role requires on-site presence with a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in New Home Sales or similar industries.
• Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and going the extra mile.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Use of Outlook diary system.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Ability to develop good working relationships.
• Adaptable/flexible.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and support the overall sales performance of the development
• Guide customers through the buying process from enquiry to completion
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and mortgage advisors to help progress sales
• Provide support to customers after completion, dealing with any queries or issues
• Work with the Sales Manager and wider team to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain the presentation of the sales office, show homes and development
• Build a good knowledge of the properties and development to provide accurate information
• Show customers around the development and available homes
• Ensure all visitors follow health and safety procedures while on site
• Keep customer records up to date using the CRM system
• Arrange customer appointments with the Site Manager
• Attend regular sales and site meetings
• Follow company policies, procedures and industry regulations
