Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a Leicestershire development. You will guide buyers from first enquiry through to handover, conducting both in-person and virtual viewings and managing the sales process with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role requires proven housing sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and weekend availability (Thursday to Monday). A competitive salary with commission awaits in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing sales or estate agency.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work weekends (Thu–Mon pattern).

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers, offering expert guidance on new build homes across the development.
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings to showcase properties and lifestyle.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to completion with excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, incentives and offers to aid informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and hit targets.
