Job summary

Bloor Homes in the Midlands region is seeking a Sales Progressor based in Lichfield to support the regional sales team. You will manage progress chasing on all plots, maintain live reports and coordinate with solicitors, lenders and agents to keep sales on track from reservation to completion.

The role suits someone with experience in new homes sales and outstanding customer service, with a proactive approach to meeting monthly targets and ensuring smooth handovers for buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Progressor role within the new homes market or estate agency.
• Outstanding people and customer service skills.
• Understanding of the legal process to progress a sale from exchange to completion.

Responsibilities

• Progress chasing on all plots to ensure monthly targets are met for the regional office.
• Live progress reports kept up to date.
• Providing administrator and customer support.
