At Countrywide, part of the Connells Group, we’re seeking a highly motivated New Homes Manager to join our team. This role covers areas including Nottingham, Chesterfield, and Mansfield. The primary focus is to secure instructions for new sites and foster relationships with developers in your region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with developers
  • Secure instructions for new sites
  • Gain and maintain Sole Agency agreements
  • Maintain high standards in relationship management
  • Serve as the main contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Monitor new site developments and evaluate business opportunities

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales within estate agency, builders, or developers, or related fields such as Residential Sales, Lettings
  • Ability to build relationships and achieve sales in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and service skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
