We’re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Manager to cover Nottingham, Chesterfield, and Mansfield areas. The main purpose of this role is to secure instructions for new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Manager
  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
  • Secure instructions for new sites
  • Gain and maintain Sole Agency agreements
  • Develop and sustain relationships to a high standard
  • Serve as the main contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Monitor new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Manager
  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency, builder/developer, or similar background such as Residential Sales, Lettings Sales
  • Ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
