Job summary

Clarion Housing Group's Latimer arm is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to drive sales across multiple residential developments. You will manage the full sales process from first enquiry to completion, guiding buyers and coordinating with mortgage brokers and solicitors to secure outcomes.

• Experience in property sales with a strong understanding of Shared Ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to Cambridge, Attleborough and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from first enquiry through to completion.
• Promote homes and services including partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Achieve high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes.
• Negotiate sales to secure best outcomes while delivering customer service.
