Latimer, part of Clarion Housing Group, is recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to manage the full sales process across our Cambridge-area developments. You’ll guide buyers from first enquiry through to completion, coordinating with partner mortgage brokers and solicitors to secure outcomes.

This customer-facing role requires a confident, motivated professional with experience in property sales and a strong understanding of Shared Ownership.

Formación

• Experience in property sales with a solid understanding of Shared Ownership.
• Excellent communication, professional and personable approach.
• Able to work independently and with external partners such as solicitors and brokers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales process across multiple residential developments from enquiry to completion.
• Guide buyers through purchasing journeys and promote homes and services with broker/solicitor partners.
• Negotiate sales to achieve best outcomes while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Work weekends as part of a five-day week; sites open 7 days a week.
