Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a confident New Homes Sales Consultant for sites around Tunbridge Wells and Ashford. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £55,000 OTE and an immediate start, with no London commute.

You will own the on-site sales process, convert enquiries, and build relationships with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and agents. A full UK driving licence and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes, estate agency or lettings.
• A natural rapport-builder who enjoys talking to people.
• Self-motivated and organised, someone who can run their own site.
• Available for weekend work (on a rota with days off in lieu).
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process on site, from the first viewing through to legal completion.
• Turning enquiries and walk-ins into reservations.
• Building relationships with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and agents.
• Keeping the marketing suite and show homes in top condition.
• Hitting targets, and celebrating when you beat them.

A respected housebuilder is looking for a confident, people-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to run sales on its developments in and around Tunbridge Wells and Ashford. This is an immediate start, so if you're ready for your next move, now is the time to apply.
