New Homes Sales Consultant

• GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 Basic Salary
• GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 On Target Earnings
• 5-day working week - Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility on days/hours considered)

Role Duties:

• Meeting and greeting customers, establishing great relationships, and helping them make their dream move
• Recognizing opportunities to assist further and presenting relevant products and services
• Initiating potential leads and referring customers to relevant colleagues
• Communicating regularly with Developers

Experience Required:

• Experience working on New Homes sales sites (essential)
• Being the "go-to" person for clients and developers
• Confidence, excellent telephone manner, rapport-building skills, and a genuine love of helping customers
• Professional, organized, with a strong work ethic
• Ability to think on your feet and be flexible
• Hardworking with the desire and determination to meet targets
