Sales Negotiator – 5* Housebuilder

Dalston - Cumbria | Up to 27,000 Basic + £45,000 OTE

Please note: Only candidates with new homes sales experience will be considered.

Are you a seasoned New Homes Sales Negotiator ready to represent a 5* housebuilder? This is your chance to join a highly regarded luxury developer on a successful and fast-moving site located near Dalston.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in a well-appointed, on-site sales and marketing suite, offering a rare opportunity to sell a premium product while developing your career in a supportive yet ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming prospective buyers to the sales suite and building strong rapport
  • Registering client details and understanding their home-buying needs
  • Managing and responding to sales enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Conducting viewings and providing in-depth property and development information
  • Supporting customers throughout the full sales journey—from enquiry to completion
  • Ensuring the marketing suite is impeccably presented at all times
  • Delivering a 5-star experience in line with the brand’s luxury reputation
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and wider team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential: Previous experience in new homes sales with a recognised housebuilder
  • A proven ability to drive sales while offering an exceptional customer experience
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload independently
  • Polished, professional appearance with confident communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day rota
