Who Will You Be Working For?

deverellsmith collaborates with top-tier clients in various sectors, including mid-range homes, first-time buyers, young professionals, build-to-rent, high-end homes, and new builds. After an initial consultation, we will match you with the client best suited to your preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manning the telephones
  • Following up on leads from platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Guiding walk-in clients through development models and showrooms
  • Performing general office and front-of-house duties
  • Welcoming customers
  • Maintaining the marketing suite’s presentation
  • Participating in key handovers and home demonstrations
  • Ensuring homes are ready for new occupants
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Front of House experience preferred
  • Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals is advantageous
  • Property experience is a plus but not essential
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus
