Caralex Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading new homes housebuilder with developments in Hampshire. The Sales Consultant will work five days a week including weekends, selling 2–5 bed new homes.

Candidates should have prior new homes sales experience, either with a housebuilder/residential developer or a estate agency with a new homes department. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and good with customers, ready to engage buyers and progress sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales is essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a proactive approach to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and able to work weekends and five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Meet and advise potential customers about 2–5 bed homes.
• Present development and property features to prospects.
• Manage viewings, inquiries and sales progression to completion.

They are looking to appoint a Sales Consultant to work five days a week including weekends selling 2 - 5 bed new homes.

You will have worked in new homes sales previously, either directly for a housebuilder / residential developer, or for an estate agency with a new homes department.

Candidates will need to be self-motivated and proactive, be good with customers, personable and be willing and iable to sell.

The role will entail meeting and advising potential customers, considering the marketing and presentation of the development and sales progression.
