Zusammenfassung

Bloor Homes is recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for the Eastern Region, based across Essex. You’ll be the first point of contact for homebuyers, taking reservations, guiding purchasers through financial and legal aspects, and coordinating with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage providers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll build relationships with customers, keep CRM records up to date, and help people realise their dream of a new home while meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, construction, local information, competitors, our unique selling points, and applicable regulations.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are followed and visitors are aware of PPE requirements in construction areas.
• Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up visitors, updating prospects via CRM systems.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy to progress sales and explain the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
• Ensuring timescales are met by proactive contract and completion progression to meet targets.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers.
• Regular contact with the Financial Advisor to stay informed about mortgage products.
• Upholding company policies and procedures and undertaking additional tasks as required.
• Ensuring all health and Safety aspects of Covid-19.
