Bloor Homes, based in Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to support homebuyers from first contact to reservation and completion. You will explain the financial and legal aspects of buying a new home and liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and valuers to keep sales progressing.

You will maintain product knowledge, nurture prospects, and ensure timely paperwork while upholding company policies. Join a family-owned business that values your ideas and contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, market, competitors and USP.
• Ensuring Health & Safety and PPE awareness for visitors.
• Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up visitors, updating CRM forms.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork, explaining financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.
• Ensuring timescales are met by proactive contract and completion progression to targets.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers.
• Regular contact with the Financial Advisor to stay updated on mortgage products.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.
• Undertaking additional tasks as required.
