You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and related registrations in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment that supports development.

The role suits lawyers with around three years PQE in residential conveyancing who can build relationships with clients and agents, advise on remortgages and buy-to-let, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Around three years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Advising on remortgages, buy-to-let transactions and first registrations.
• Handling new build property matters and complex conveyancing transactions.
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents and professional contacts.
• Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the team.
