Job summary

Team Resourcing Limited is recruiting for a New Home Sales Consultant on a lovely development in Rochester, Kent. Base salary £32,000 with realistic OTE £55-60,000+ and a 5-day week with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

You will manage all aspects of the sales process, handling enquiries, qualifying customers, arranging site visits, coordinating with mortgage brokers, and driving reservations to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous New Home Sales experience is desirable.
• Experience in a customer facing role delivering under pressure.
• A friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
• Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• UK Driving Licence
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of development sales, show homes and public areas, and conduct monthly sales excellence audits.
• Manage customer enquiries (website, telephone, email, walk-in) and convert to site visits or appointments.
• Qualify customers, establish moving timelines and financial position, and secure reservations to maximise revenue.
• Promote mortgage broker and solicitor referrals to ensure efficient service and deadline compliance.
• Secure reservations and work with legal teams to progress sales to completion.
• Maximise unit upgrades and manage orders, payments, and options installation.
• Be the primary contact for customers, delivering high levels of service and encouraging referrals.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks per company policy and timelines.
• Carry out new home inspections and ensure issues are resolved before move-in, providing aftercare.
