Vistry Group is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to run the sales hub at the Rochester Riverside development in Kent. You will own the sales process from enquiry to completion and manage customer records across several site ranges.

The role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and on-target earnings up to £66,000 per year. A flexible approach to working patterns and travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role delivering under pressure.
• Proven track record of completing the sales process with customers.
• Experience generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the sales hub/development.
• Own the sales process with customers across multiple sites.
• Maintain records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress.
