Job description

New Contracts Administrator

£25k per annum

Monday – Friday / General Office Hours

Wrexham

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a New Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the New Contracts Manager, you will liaise on a daily basis via telephone with new customers and brokers, administrating the contract process and setting them up on the internal systems and in-house CRM system. This is a 100% office based role.

Performance Objectives

·Liaise and support new customers with the onboarding process.

·Issue contracts out to new customers.

·Set new customers up on the CRM system.

·Account manage customers.

·Deal with any queries customers may have.

·Answer incoming telephone calls regards to new contracts and the onboarding process.

·Complete any general administration duties that come with the role.

Person Specification

·Experience of working in a busy office environment.

·Knowledge and understanding of using internal CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

·Able to work within a team.

·Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.

·Must be happy work in an office on a full-time basis.
