Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

  • Build genuine rapport with customers to identify their needs
  • Meet sales targets and maximize profit opportunities
  • Promote customer satisfaction and long-term profitability
  • Prospect new and existing customers via telephone
  • Sell additional products like GAP, paint protection, and service plans
  • Stay updated on finance options, regulations, and legislation
What we're looking for

You should have:

  • Experience in target-driven retail sales
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for exceeding targets
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence

Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Additional Information

The role involves working five days a week according to the sales rota, with Sundays off. The successful candidate must consent to a DBS check, with employment contingent upon a satisfactory disclosure report.
