Overview

Vauxhall Ellesmere Port

Hours of work: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 11am-3pm, with one day off midweek and weekends on a rota basis

£50,000 OTE (comprising a £25,000 basic salary plus commission)

As a New Car Sales Executive and Motability specialist, you will develop lasting relationships with our customers, serving as the first point of contact and a knowledgeable advisor in our New Vehicle sales and Motability products. We are not necessarily looking for a high-flying sales expert or someone with extensive Motability experience; rather, we value quick learners who can guide our Motability customers through a knowledgeable buying process with honesty and enthusiasm. Our approach is not about hard selling but about supporting our customers and making their buying experience smooth and stress-free.

Responsibilities

  • Being the key point of contact for our customers
  • Communicating via email, phone, and in person
  • Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting team colleagues
  • Listening well and influencing and persuading positively and professionally
  • Assisting customers with vulnerabilities, helping them select their new vehicle with patience and professionalism

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, a passion for growth and development, and the ability to tailor their approach to meet individual customer requirements. You will maintain ongoing contact with our Motability customers, even after they have transitioned to our service team, building and maintaining long-term relationships. You should be highly organized, patient, customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about people.
