Job Description:

Working closely with the Head of Construction Underwriting, Technical and Operational Underwriting teams, the key objective is to support projects that drive additional revenue opportunities for the MGA, while also supporting capacity performance and management. The role does not involve underwriting individual risks.

• Lead Technical Construction Underwriting to ensure successful project planning and delivery, and manage Key Account performance.
• Report to the Head of Construction Underwriting on capacity management, including monthly performance monitoring, MI reporting, and underwriting footprint review with recommendations for improvement or expansion.
• Assist in developing a business strategy for capacity and product rationalization, recommending changes as needed.
• Collaborate with the Product and Governance Team to ensure compliance with FCA Fair Values reporting and product review processes.
