ABOUT THE ROLE

As Pre-construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing tender opportunities from qualification to contract award, reporting to the pre-construction director. You will oversee all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of commercial considerations, risk management, strategy development, and the fit-out process for architectural and services disciplines, ideally from site-based project management roles. Collaboration with Estimating, Project Services Management, Sustainability, and H&S teams is essential to cover all bid variables. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for client research and team coordination. Site visits may be required to understand project requirements fully.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in on-site project management within the commercial fit-out sector.
• Understanding of bidding processes and strategies.
• Strong copywriting skills, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and Asta Powerproject software.
• Ability to develop detailed tender schedules.
• High attention to detail, excellent communication, and administrative skills.
• Experience in bid/tender management is preferred.
• Capacity to produce accurate, error-free documentation under tight deadlines, managing multiple bids.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
