Are you an experienced Project Lead looking for a new opportunity with a leading Principal Contractor?

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager as No.1 on site to head up a brand new £m student accommodation scheme in central London.

Overseeing the build department as well as the technical and commercial teams you will hold the responsibility of ensuring the project is planned and executed on budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Implement effective project management methodologies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve objectives.

Key requirements:

• Proven track record of project management roles for residential developments of £60m +
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
