About the role:

We’re seeking a New Business Manager to oversee our expanding pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Strategy: Contribute to and execute the agency's overall business development strategy, helping to identify and prioritize target accounts and sectors.
  2. Managing RFIs and pitch development: Support the creation of tailored proposals, presentations, and pitch materials, including research, deck creation, and response coordination.
  3. Project Management: Provide insights and support to internal teams during the development of creative concepts and strategies for pitches.
  4. Building Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at prospective brands and serve as the main contact during the sales process.
  5. Pitch Delivery: Maintain professionalism during pitches, including pitch theatre, team preparation, and in-person presentations.
  6. Onboarding & Coordination: Coordinate the client handover to the account management team post-win, ensuring smooth information transfer.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present updates on new opportunities, wins, and pipeline status to senior leadership.
  8. Commercial Acumen & Scoping: Develop project scopes and cost estimates, aligning creative ideas with client budgets for profitable campaigns.

What we are looking for:

  1. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative solutions and campaigns.
  2. Agency Experience: Prior experience in a social or creative agency, managing multiple accounts, collaborating across teams, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  4. Pitching & Negotiation: Proven success in creating compelling pitches and negotiating contracts.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content creation landscapes.
  6. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and leadership teams.
  7. Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and stay productive.
  8. Resilient & Adaptable: Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and staying motivated.
