Colibri Digital is seeking three New Business Development Managers to win new customers within data, cloud and AI consulting. This remote UK role offers uncapped commission and the autonomy to build your own territory from scratch while partnering with delivery, solution architecture and partner teams.

You will pursue consultative, relationship-led selling to close high-value engagements, engaging senior stakeholders and shaping solutions around measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Proven new-logo track record with targets exceeded.
• Started and built a territory from zero via prospecting and relationships.
• Consultative, relationship-first selling approach.
• Selling consulting/professional services in data, cloud or AI.
• Executive presence with C-suite and technical leaders.
• Self-motivated, resilient and capable of building from the ground up.
• Clear, credible communication in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Define target markets, research accounts, and create a self-generated pipeline.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in new organisations and build trusted relationships through to contract.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and frame value around outcomes.
• Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, events, networking, and partner ecosystems.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to proposal, negotiation and close.
