Colibri Digital is seeking three New Business Development Managers to win new customers in data, cloud and AI consulting. You will build your own territory from scratch, with autonomy to define target accounts and opening strategies, and work collaboratively with delivery, solution architecture and partner teams.

Qualifications
- Proven new-logo track record of exceeding targets.
- Built a territory from scratch with self-generated pipeline.
- Consultative, relationship-first selling style.
- Sold complex, high-value consulting services (data/cloud/AI).
- Executive presence with C-suite and senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute target market and territory plan to build a healthy pipeline.
- Identify and engage decision-makers and build trusted relationships to contracts.
- Lead discovery-driven conversations focused on measurable outcomes.
- Generate opportunities via outbound outreach, events, networking, and partner ecosystems.
- Manage full sales cycle from first contact to close and handover for growth.
- Lay foundations for long-term accounts with multi-threaded relationships.
- Develop commercial models aligning delivery with customer outcomes.
- Forecast and maintain an accurate pipeline and bookings in CRM.
