Plaid is seeking a New Business Associate to manage inbound leads and be the first point of contact for new customers. You will own the qualification cycle and collaborate with marketing, sales, and business operations to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric, goal-oriented, a team player, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and a desire to learn the Plaid APIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as primary contact.
• Help new developers get started with Plaid and answer questions about products.
• Identify promising developers and verticals to help grow.
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback.
• Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns.
