Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Conflicts & New Business Analyst to join their growing team in London. This role is a key part of the firm’s global compliance operations, supporting the intake of new matters and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

You'll work closely with partners, lawyers, and the Office of General Counsel to help identify potential conflicts of interest and conduct in-depth research as part of the new business process.

?️ What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting conflict checks and KYC/AML research using internal tools and external databases
• Reviewing and processing new client and matter requests
• Supporting the analysis and resolution of conflict issues
• Handling matter lifecycle changes including party updates and reactivations
• Collaborating with senior analysts and global compliance teams

? What you’ll bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in conflicts, AML/KYC, or a related compliance role
• A detail-oriented mindset and strong research skills
• Excellent communication and sound commercial judgment
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work independently
