Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor for a New Build Housing development in Stevenage. You will drive sales, manage leads and appointments, and handle reservations through to completion while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The role requires proven sales experience in new build housing, excellent communication, and a good market understanding. A full UK driving licence is essential; site-based work with opportunities for career development and a competitive package

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales for a new build housing developer.
• Excellent communication with clients and customers.
• Strong commercial awareness of market and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and sale of finishing touches, to meet targets.
• Update and maintain the CRM system logging the customer journey for timely management information.
• Collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to achieve completion targets and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policy during site visits and demonstrations.
