Job summary

Torus Group is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator to support our development teams in Warrington on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for defects reported during the defects period, coordinating appointments with residents and contractors, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions from handover through remediation.

You will work across teams to monitor defects, maintain records, and contribute to service improvements while delivering a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a new build customer care/aftercare/defects environment.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the defects process during the 12-month defects period.
• Act as first point of contact for customers and resolve defects enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments between residents, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain records and provide updates on progress.
• Support continuous improvement and defect monitoring systems.
