BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting for a field-based Neurosurgery Sales Specialist to grow the portfolio across NHS hospitals in Yorkshire & East Midlands. You will build and manage key surgeon, theatre and procurement relationships, delivering in-theatre support, product demos and dedicated training.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years medical device sales experience.
• Surgical experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical relationship builder.
• Full UK driving licence.

THE PACKAGE

• Basic: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: £20,000 (quarterly & annual)
• Hybrid/electric company car
