Job summary

Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke seeks a Registered Nurse to join the bank (ad-hoc) shifts, days and nights available. You will deliver holistic nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions within a multidisciplinary team, supporting rehab and independence.

The role involves safe medication administration, care planning, and high safeguarding/infection control standards. DBS, pension, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience caring for people with complex needs in nursing, care, rehabilitation or healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to recognise and respond to changes in physical, psychological or neurological presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and review care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely with accurate records.
• Support rehabilitation and maintain safeguarding and infection control standards.
• Assist with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, respiratory or other complex needs when required.
