Job summary

Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide specialist care for adults with complex neurological conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic nursing, assessments, and care plans tailored to individual goals and independence.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, clinical documentation, and contributing to outcomes, with opportunities to support PEG/tracheostomy and respiratory care as needed.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and live on the UK register.
• Experience caring for adults with complex neurological needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to respond to changes in clinical presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions.
• Contribute to assessments, care plans and outcomes review.
• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records.
• Support active rehabilitation, long-term complex care or end-of-life care with the team.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection prevention and high standards of clinical practice.
• Support PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, respiratory support or other needs as required.
