Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC
• Experience in Neurosciences/Stroke is advantageous
• Evidence of continuing professional development and supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for stroke and neurological conditions.
• Manage a complex caseload delivering patient-centred interventions.
• Lead on discharge planning and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
