Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the Sutton Health & Care community team. The post supports adults with neurological conditions across community settings, operating within a supportive MDT and focused on patient-centred rehabilitation.

Visits occur in patients’ homes, care homes and clinics, with some remote working and flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as Band 5 or 6 in community neuro therapy.
• Willingness to travel around the borough and work autonomously.
• Interest in working within a Community MDT for adults with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and intervention to maximise patients' potential.
• Work within Sutton Community Neuro therapy MDT using evidence-based practice.
• Visit patients in homes, care homes, and clinics across the borough and travel as required.
