Qualifications

• Caseload of around 40 participants.
• Support individuals with neurodiversity needs (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Tourette's).
• Provide career guidance, CV and interview support.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through job-search processes and career moves.
• Liaise with employers to discuss returns to work or reasonable adaptations.
• Deliver CV writing and interview-prep sessions.
• Conduct around four one-to-one sessions per day with clients; sessions span 3–6 months.
