Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a neurodevelopmental service in East Anglia. The hybrid role combines remote developmental history interviews with face-to-face observations at clinic bases, supporting families and contributing to high-quality diagnostic assessments for children and young people.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, utilize digital workflows and a custom-built EHR to reduce admin time and maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience conducting autism/ADHD assessments in CYP.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism/ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents/caregivers via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinical support.
• Deliver clear, compassionate diagnostic feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports and formulations using smart tools.
• Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management.
• Provide clinical supervision (where applicable).
• Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid role).
